BECOMING A MOTHER
Becoming a mother is more than a physical process.
It is an inner transition that can bring tenderness, uncertainty, fear, and deep change.
This 1:1 offering is for women in pregnancy who wish to be accompanied through this time with presence, a sense of being held, and gentle guidance — so they can feel more connected to themselves, their intuition, and their emerging maternal strength.
This offering may be supportive if you:
are pregnant and feel emotionally overwhelmed, anxious, or unsettled at times
experience fear, inner discomfort, or moments of feeling in-between as your identity shifts
long to settle more fully into your pregnancy and feel at home in your changing body
wish to feel well, supported, and gently connected to your physical strength and vitality
feel the need to slow down and listen inwardly
You do not need to be “in crisis” to come.
This space is also for women who simply sense that they do not want to walk this transition alone.
How I work:
My work is deep, gentle, and effective.
Sessions unfold at your pace and are guided by what feels most alive and present for you.
I support nervous system regulation, emotional presence, and integration, helping you reconnect with your authentic inner connection and intuitive knowing.
I offer a range of supportive tools and practices —
prenatal yoga and gentle movement to invite ease and embodiment,
meditation, breathwork, and visualization to calm, center, and connect,
energy work and emotional healing to release tension and support emotional flow,
writing techniques for reflection and self-discovery,
and practical guidance to navigate pregnancy and the transition into motherhood.
Everything is intuitive and tailored to you, so you receive exactly what you need.
I meet you exactly where you are, with care, curiosity, and respect,
creating a space where you can feel supported, resourced, and deeply connected to yourself.

Five 1:1 sessions — tailored to you, which may include prenatal yoga and gentle movement, meditation, breathwork, and visualization, emotional healing and coaching, and Reiki
Personalised mindfulness routine — to support your practice and presence during our time together
Ongoing personalised support — guidance and care as you navigate this transition
30-minute Integration Session — to reflect, integrate, and carry the work forward into your pregnancy and motherhood with clarity, calm, and confidence
